Guest guest Posted August 2, 2007 Report Share Posted August 2, 2007 I know Harry takes large doses of niacin successfully, but I find that at 300 mg. I am just able to avoid bg issues. I take it at bed-time, but I'm wondering how it would work if I took it two, or even three, times per day? I don't mind the flush, so I wonder if taking 300 mg. at breakfast, and then at lunch or whatever, plus the 300 mg. at bedtime, would work. Thanks to anyone who has any opinion about this.
