Guest guest Posted April 7, 2004 Report Share Posted April 7, 2004 Hi there, I use the Freeda vitamins. I crush 1/2 tablet with a pill crusher that I got at the drug store. Then I put it in her juice and shake it. I get better results if I warm the juice a bit first, but am afraid to warm it too much in case I damage the vitamin. Hope this helps. Also, WaterOz sells vitamins and minerals that are somehow suspended in water. (I am sure this is an over simplification, but I don't know the real process...) I have to give a lot of capsules so I use mango puree.
