I have Blue Care Network HMO and they don't think there will be a problem referring me out of state. They will refer me if there is not a Chiari-specialist in Michigan, and I haven't heard of any...but that's not good enough for Hopkins. So it looks like Dr. Oro? Take care & best of luck!
