Guest guest
Here is the blurb formt he health food store I pruchase form: Almond Flour, 1 lb. Almond Flour adds a wonderful flavor & protein to many recipes. Almond Flour can be used as a whole or part substitute for many other (higher carb) flours in baking and cooking. The blanched variety simply means that the skin of the almond has been removed before being ground. This variety is popular in cake and cookie recipes. The difference between the meal and the flour is in the texture. The meal is a bit more coarse and the flour is more of a fine powder. No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG.
