I think I will see how much a private evaluation would cost..i do have a

Palmitate is a retinol type. (there are several different forms, this is one

of them)...the kind that accumulates...don't worry about short term amounts

of it, in other words I wouldnt stress about finishing up the multivitamins

you already have, just look for ones with Beta-carotene next time.
