Sandy, Don't worry--you will soon have those ugly capsules gone from your body and you can focus on getting better. Sandy, have you heard from ? I miss her--she used to write so much. Where did she go? Sandy, after your capsules are removed, you should begin detoxing and living a lifestyle that will encourage all of the toxins in your body to leave. It's hard when you are not able to move well...those acidic wastes can build up in the tissues and cause all kinds of pain and difficulties. Drink alkaline water--LADIES, PURIFIED WATER IS ACIDIC!!! YOU MUST ADD MINERALS!! Alkaline water flushes away acidic wastes. If all you drink is bottled water, you are making your body acidic. This is not good! You can add those little packets of minerals to every bottle of water you drink and it will be better

for you. Make sure you read the label though and get the ones that have no silica or silicone dioxide in them. PattySandy <dusty.com@...> wrote: My breasts are hurting me a lot lately I am a little worried about this. During the two year period with

stores?

Thanks!

Katy, I am so glad you asked that question. You know why? I went and tested the pH of my water after adding in my minerals just to make sure of how alkaline it was. I was astounded! My tap water was more alkaline! This all came about when we got a new water filter system for our house. We were shown how if you dip a pH test paper in bottled water, no matter if it was Arrowhead, Aquafina, or any other bottled water, it was simply and plainly acidic. We saw a DVD on alkaline water vs acid water. I did further reading, with a book called "Reverse Aging" by Sang Whang. He has a website, and he sells a product called "AlkaLife" drops on there, as well as other products. I would enourage you to do a websearch on the benefits of alkaline water. I would encourage you to get some pH litmus papers, and

do a test on your own drinking water to see if it is acid or alkaline. Then I would find a sure source of alkaline water and consume only that water. Acid water is good for plants. It is also good for hair and skin, which have an "acid mantle" to protect it from outside assaults. But for internal consumption, alkaline water is best. Juices provide alkalinity. Minerals provide alkalinity (calcium, magnesium, sodium, etc.) That's why I am shocked my minerals actually made the water more acid. I believe it is from the ascorbic acid, which is very acidic. I believe this is also why the ionic foot bath helps so much....it is providing alkalinity. Here are some links to get you started. Patty,

Thanks for the info on alkaline water! I will look

into mine here in Toronto. I know it is very hard and

chemical laden, but I have no idea of the pH yet..

Lynn, There are alot of opinions on this. We bought a whole house carbon filter with KDF, and we think we bought a quality system. We drink our tap water now. There are many options out there, but to stay away from acidic water, you will want to stay away from reverse osmosis, or distilled water. There are websites that do comparisons. The best would be a water ionizer, but it is also the most expensive. http://www.waterionizer.org/ Here's a website for doing some comparisons. http://www.waterfiltercomparisons.com/HomePage.cfm PattyLynn <spinkscl@...> wrote: I was thinking of buying a filter and using my tap water if tap water is alkaline? Lynn,

You can buy alkaline drops for your water

also. I have done that for years. I drink

reverse osmosis filtered water, and I use alkaline drops.
