My hands get numb...I have to move around and shake them to get some feeling

back.

Question

HAs anyone else been prescribed Xanax to help them sleep. Also does anyone

arms and fingers numb up at night. I can hardly sleep because my arms and

hands feel so numb.

Hi and yes to both questions. My Doc gave me xanax to sleep, but it doesn't

last me through the night. My hands and feet get numb and also have a problem

with them falling asleep.

Hello ;I am taking Xanax,My Dr prescribed it not just to sleep but, after

6 years post RAI I often still have rapid heartbeat and shakyness,I also take it

when these things flair up so I can work.I take synthroid and a bata blocker

Toprol XL.Im sure I could do better if I would stop drinking coffee and eat a

better diet and take suppliments. These are things I must work on.I also get

numbness in my limbs sometimes but its usually whan my meds need changing.I

wouldnt relate it to taking the Xanax, becouse its an ocasional thing.Good luck

if it's traveling released metals you could BLOOD test them if they are going numb because it would be with in 24 hours of exposure. ,AND if it shows possitive you would have insurence covered chelation
