Guest guest
Caution some supplements don't go well with antidepressants such as st.johns wort. I've read warnings about taking st johns wort w/psychotropics. You might try googling for research, only a suggestion. It's your health........ debra van ness wrote: Hey, I have thought alot about nutritional suppliement and know I need them. I have taken a multivitamin, extra Vitamin B12, B complex, Extra C and calcium with D. But I have read alot about something called 5HTP or something. Also malic acid. also extra magnesium. I guess there are so many supplements in the ailes of the stores now, I just don't know what to get. I am thinking of starting a supplement regime though. Has anyone tried SAM-E? I take Zoloft now so do you all know if anyone ever takes it with these kind of antidepressants? I am confused. Seems like I should just pick up one bottle of everything I see..... ??????
