Guest guest
<< http://www.lifejewelry.com/ >> these jewery emblems are great designs , ...but i think there is one huge drawback here to them ..most look small , like they wont hold much info ....AND perhaps more important , YOU GET ONE to alert medical folks to problems that could affect your wellbeing in an emergency ....I'd think you'd want both an emblem that LOOKs like one , not like a piece of jewelry per say ....and more important to me that even that , you want that id number and 1 800 number for full records /info and your doctors contacts ect ....if im bad enough off , that i cant communicate myself ...I want them to know how to reach my neurosurgeon pronto if need be ! That is my purpose for having an emblem in the first place . Sure saying don't hyperextend is important on the sceen if intubation is needed ...but so is reaching my nsg if i've been bumped hard on the head again ..but don't need intubation ect . like most things , i guess we each evaluate whats best for us ....but ill gladly trade instant reconition by emergency folks , with the round the clock records faxed immeadiatly ...for fashion ! it does seem possible to me , that a few of these styles might hold enough info to add the medic alert id number and 800 number ....but the braclet style was the only one large enough to include my allergies as well ...some like latex also really important . in my mind , the service provided by medic alert is worth as much as the emblem or more . sarah in paradise
