Disodium EDTA in biofilm protocol

We just got a biofilm protocol today from our DAN. I don't know much about it.

But I am concerned about this ingredient Disodium EDTA from what I've read about

it as an additive.

Also, the Laktoferrin concerns me, as we got results that my son is severely

allergic to milk and casein and this contains milk.

Have you had success with this protocol? What are the pros/cons?
