Two scoops of keto shake has 24grms. of protein. Hey I just made up a new recipe using turnips. Here Goes: 4 oz of hamburger 1 tbls. onion 1 very small turnip chopped Brown hamb. onion and turnip. Add salt & pepper Add 1/2 cup stewed tomatoes simmer until heated thru. I made this for lunch today and it is not to bad. I figure it has about 7 or 8 carbs. What do you think???? Guest guest Posted March 8, 2001 Report Share Posted March 8, 2001 Hi This is similar to what we do here, except we put 1 slice of cabbage, some mushroom, celery, sometime a can of beef consume instead of tomatoes in your case 1/4 of can. I usually do this with 1 lb of beef. Before we added potatoes and carrot but not now. All choppred up small...goood and filling. Hope you don't mind that I step in. My 3 rd day od strick induction so far never even one little bit yet. I find it hard tho.
