Janice,

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts as you try to get through to the doctor's

office, let us know what he/she says.

Janice,

If you want to look at the Doppler I rented you can go to babybeat.com...it

was only $30/month to rent. I figured that was worth my peace of mind.

Those symptoms you have sound like a good indication that everything is

a-okay! Sorry the dr office seemed a little dingy today...but isn't it nice

to be able to walk across the street? My dr office is only like 4 blocks

from where I work, which is wonderful!

Janice, I go back on July 3rd....I guess we are following along with each other!! I know, it doesn't seem like they do a lot during the visit, huh? I was in and out in about 15 minutes too last visit. OB did tell me that next visit she was going to draw b/w. How are you feeling? 10wk4d Re: Amy R heartbeat Jo-AnnThank you for the reassurance. My next appt. is the first week of July, so I guess I'll wait. What do they usually do the first couple of months when you go in? Just check your weight, blood pressure and urine and talk to you for a few minutes? Does the appt itself usually just take 15 or 20 minutes?Janice

Janice, I am glad to hear you are feeling good. We just decided to start telling close friends and family. My and dh' s parents were the only ones who knew. (I work with my parents, so I figured I had to tell them) I kw what you mean, I have been praying that everything will be ok too. It is so hard to believe sometimes. I couldn't imagine being 25 wks and losing a baby, that must be so hard. I have been better. I have alot of m/s (all day!) and I suffer with headaches, that have been acting up. Not to mention I had problems with my bladder ever since ep surgery and I feel like I have to go all the time, on top of being pg. I have to went until the baby is born to try to find out what happened with my bladder now. I am not complaining reallly, I am so happy to be pg. Just wish everything wouldn't bother me at once. I can't believe we will be in our 2nd trimester soon. Take care. 11wks RE: Amy R heartbeat , Hello! I am feeling good. Not as tired as I was. I had a lot of cramps today—menstrual like. I haven’t had those in a while so I’m hoping it means the baby is stretching the uterus again. I can’t wait til next Sunday. We are going to tell our families about the baby. I’ve been praying like crazy that if anyone has to go wrong, it will go wrong now. Today in SS we prayed for a lady who lost her baby at 25 weeks. My heart just ached for her. How are you doing? How are you feeling these days? I know everyone is different but I was able to see and hear the heartbeat when I was alittle more than 8wks pg with the u/s and than last visit 10wks, I was able to hear the heartbeat again. I know you would like to put your mind at ease but I am sure everything will be ok. How are you feeling? 10wk4d ep 12-00 Groups is subject to the Yahoo! Terms of Service.

Janice, You are right! I am so happy to be pg. I just wish I could enjoy it alittle more. Boy, do I know what you mean about "having problems the other way"....me too!! It is so much fun. My dr did give me some stuff to take so the "problem" is better!! LOL! I am glad my little one is partying in there while I am suffering!! LOL! Seriously, it is good to know they don't have a clue about what is going on. It is nice to take a day off and relax. You deserve it and I hope you get it all in today since Jan 2nd is awhile away!! Guess you are right, no one wants yesterday's news! I am working with my parents right now, so they have been very understanding. When do you go back to drs again? Take care of yourself and your little one. 11wk ep 12-00 RE: Amy R heartbeat , Hello! I am feeling good. Not as tired as I was. I had a lot of cramps today—menstrual like. Janice, That actually sounds like a pretty neat job. I hope you and your boss can work something out after the baby comes. RE: Jo-Ann, Hello! I’m sorry about your recent loss and I’m glad you got back safe and sound last week. I’m an editorial asst. for a local paper. I write up all the public records (births, marriages, divorces, criminal charges, etc.) I do a lot of other miscellaneous stuff too like community announcements and church events. I do all the things that never have a name to them. I also write a column about newlyweds. Each week I contact a newly married couple and asked them how they met, fell in love, etc. It’s a little hokey, but a lot of people seem to like to read them. I’m really hoping that my boss will work with me to do some things from home so I can make some extra cash and still be at home. I don’t make enough to justify day care. Newspapers are poor. But I know that God will work all these things out. Is there anyway you could do freelance work after the baby. Just curious. Love & hugs, Jo-Ann

Janice, you could always strap him/her on your back and this way your hands willl be free to work and type!! hee-hee. I know, there are so many things to think about, I am glad we have until Dec..... 11wk2d ep 12-00 RE: I know, I’m wondering how it will all work out. I’ve been visualizing carrying a baby in a basket to the police station and sheriff’s office every day. Then I think about all the stuff I’d have to carry in and out and trying to type it up in a timely manner. I’m just going to try to be open to whatever. janice
