Guest guest
I sent away a saliva test and started isocort the next day. I was completly sure I needed it because I had all of the symptoms. Today got the results back and it showed my adrenals to be in the perfect range. Good but bad. Now I am on the isocort but test shows I did not need to be. Now what? Please tell me I did not now ruin my adrenals. How should I wean off?? Thank you in advance for your help. I was just too impatient. how stupid!!!

Thank you so much, << Yes as every AM you reset the cortiosl rythym wiht your AM dose. By taking a larger night time dose it WILL lower ACTH and hopefully correct that high AM cortiosl a bit, then that will alllow oyur acth to act normally the rest of the day whiel you wean down. Three days to a week on each dosing schedule depending on how oyu feel. If you get a sore throat, sinus or any nausea in crease it a bit for a coupole days then go back down. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
