Well, I'm down 5 since Sunday when I restarted. I think I would be down alittle more, but I've been overdosing on salt. Nibbling pumpkin seeds, pepperoncini, cracked green olives, pork rinds with dill dip between meals to try to keep me on the strait and narrow. After this weekend I'm going to tame that down - and see if I can't speed this up alittle. I am in deep ketosis, even with all the water and all the snackies. Good old pork rinds.

woohoo Robin! Good for you :) I've been doing pretty well, too, I've lost

11 pounds now since Feb 5th. The first weeks I did quite a bit of

snacking, too, same reason, to keep me from being hungry and keep me from

craving other things. I've toned that down and have dropped a couple of

pounds in the last couple of days. I also cut out my night eating, I had

gotten into the habit of snacking at night while pregnant because it

helped me from being so hungry I was sick in the mornings, but it's a

hard habit to break. Now I limit myself to a few nuts some sugar free

jello at night and that's it. And on evenings I really feel motivated I

concentrate on downing extra water and skip the snacks altogether.
