Hi every one

I would like to add to Page's words she is on the right track we all

expect that if it is natural it is got to be good for you, well I

have been going to a homeopath(for about 9 years) who is also a GP

and when I need to take drops to get toxins out of my system you are

supposed to take huge amounts of Vitamin C well I was ill stomach

cramps nausea headaches and it wan not an ACM episode.

It took him ages to work it out that I am allergic to it, but I

cannot even drink orange juice mixed with other juices. I have my

Vitamin C in other ways like Kiwi fruit which has C and more than

oranges believe it or not, you have to work it out and test

yourselves I have a balance of good fresh fruit and vegetables every

day and I also take a raft of supplements that suit me and it has

taken me many years to work this out, and I am not about to rock to

boat now, I have experimented and it seems I have an intolerance to

ascorbic acid which it what vitamin C is, so test yourselves in what

you take seek advice from other quarters, search the web, talk to

homeopath and get muscle tested that will prove it or not, read all

the info on the boxes of these supplements and talk to the people who

sell them, but be wise and careful with all literature that you read

you know your bodies better than any one else listen to what is says

and stand up for yourselves. Thank you for listening to me on my soap

box. AHEM!!!!!!!!!

Hope you are all having a pain free day.

God Bless you all
