Guest guest Posted June 11, 2005 Report Share Posted June 11, 2005 Well, I'm about to see how sensitive I am to cross contamination. We had 3 hours without the kids and decided to eat at the mall. It's not the normal mall we go to, so I didn't know what all they had at the food court. I was a bit disappointed. They had a pizza place, a sandwich place, Chick-fil-a, and a Subway's. I decided to try the new Subway salads. I explained first off that I had an "allergy" to wheat, and could he please put on new gloves? I watched him make it, and he rung me up, so no one else touched it. I just don't know if the veggies would get contaminated from making other sandwiches. So far so good, but I guess tomorrow will be the test.
