You must have a pretty good green thumb there! Thanks for sharing that with us! Dear Lupies, have to tell you what happened to me on Wed. I'm still in shock. Lorring, my husband, and I ordered whopper strawberries from a company out of California. We ordered 50, dutifully planted the bare roots per instructions, three grew, but something else did grow. We watered, cutlivated, fertilized this pretty plant that started to grow in the patch. It was such a beauty, we were so proud of it, that is until my neighbor told me it was marajuana. I called the police department, explained to the officer how we came to have this plant if indeed it turned out to be dope. He sent an officer up to see. He came in about five minutes, walked with me out to the garden started to laugh, told me that we had about a $400 to $500 dollar plant. He said, "you understand we have to confiscate it"---dah As he was putting it into the car, all the neighbors were out on the street watching to see if they were going to haul me off in handcuffs. good grief a 71 year old grandmother growing marajuana. My family is still laughing. Especially the grandchildren.They thought it would make headlines. Hopefully never. Gosh I'm innocent.
