Guest guest
My son is on a 4 day rotation where he eats the same meat and veggie/bean for both meals. He can eat navy beans, split peas and now black beans. Is it a problem giving him black beans for one of his days, navy beans for another and split peas for a third day of his 4 day rotation? I don't want to cause a problem the may lead to more food allergies. Thanks. Bonita
Guest guest
becuase they are the same family, bodies can confuse them and see them as the same depending on how damaged they are. so that is why they seperate them out into one day food rotation ?
