Hi Sussie, My best doctor in the whole wide world, my medical oncologist, does not have the best bedside manners, but he makes up for it in everything else. I would not trade him for any other doctor. hugs Eunice
Guest guest
" The receptionist making my appointment said to bring in my blood sugar records for the last few months :-( I don't record those. I just take them " All of the meters I have had have memories storing test results in them. Check the book that came with your meter to see how to retrieve those results and write them down. There are lots of sites on the Internet that have programs where you can record and print out your results. Kitty
Guest guest
MS-Excel is a good program for this. If you don't record your readings, how do you know if you are doing well or poorly? How do you keep track of trends? In short, unless you record the numbers they are just that--numbers. It is the patterns (which we see from the records) that make the numbers maningful. Guest guest
I guess I always took each reading and dealt with it. Until the last few months I was doing ok. With A1C's of 6.2. I know that is not excellent but my readings were ok. 120.if I was bad 160. now its ..200 .. Yes, my new endo told me to keep records so I bought a nice notebook and I am writing down what I eat and two hour readings and exercise and meds. Im a journaling fool today.. sus -----Original Message----- From: , Bruce MS-Excel is a good program for this. If you don't record your readings, how do you know if you are doing well or poorly?
