Guest guest
I really have no appetite in the morning but the dietician and people here all say I need to eat breakfast. My BG is usually around 125 in the morning. I always have a cup of coffee with creamer (about 6 g carb) and usually a piece of cheese, or an egg mcmuffin or sausage croissonwich at burger king. I'd really rather not have anything though and save those carbs for lunch or dinner. I guess that's not the way managing diabetes works though.... Maralee **** ****Breakfaast? What's that? Guest guest
Sometimes I eat peanut butter toast, 1/2 c oatmeal with cinnamon, 1/2 c of cottage cheese. I am in Tex Mex country and tacos are everywhere. I will sometimes eat the inside of a taco and throw away the white flour tortilla, sharon
