Having problems with proteins

I'm having problems getting my protein in for my dinner. I'm so full with the other two meals that I'm forcing myself to have dinner. Last night I had a chicken Caesar salad, which I only ate half, and I could not even keep it down.

I'm wondering what I am doing wrong. I have never been a big protein eater (but a carbo junkie) and maybe my body is just going through a fit right now because of the large amount of protein or a withdraw because of low amount of carbs.

Did anyone else have this problem when they first started with Atkins?
