There is (s/l) **bifid morphology** with a thrill in the second upstroke. " Would **bifid morphology** be correct in this case? " Heart exam is interesting for a systolic (s/l) **fully cushioned** crescendo/decrescendo murmur, high pitched, and musical . . .
