Cardiology consult for a patient with aortic stenosis. (my new ESL doc)

" Carotid upstroke is parvus and mildly delayed. There is (s/l) **bifid

morphology** with a thrill in the second upstroke. "

Would **bifid morphology** be correct in this case?

" Heart exam is interesting for a systolic (s/l) **fully cushioned**

crescendo/decrescendo murmur, high pitched, and musical . . . "

I am just not sure what he is saying here; however, this is what it sounds like.

TIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
