Finding and (self) respecting one's boundaries is a tough but very

rewarding task. I think that as (dependent) children we learn to look

for 'authority' to direct our lives instead of learning how OUR lives

need to be directed by our own internal needs. Its probably why we are

so more inclined to look for a 'diet' than just listening to our own

bodies. We are all over 12 years of age here, so why do we continue to

act like 'good little kids'?!? (and this doesn't mean that we should

go forth and be rebellious and obnoxious little darlings either - LOL!!)
