Guest guest
Finding and (self) respecting one's boundaries is a tough but very rewarding task. I think that as (dependent) children we learn to look for 'authority' to direct our lives instead of learning how OUR lives need to be directed by our own internal needs. Its probably why we are so more inclined to look for a 'diet' than just listening to our own bodies. We are all over 12 years of age here, so why do we continue to act like 'good little kids'?!? (and this doesn't mean that we should go forth and be rebellious and obnoxious little darlings either - LOL!!) Best wishes to all - Katcha > > > Gillian, I think that this is part of my problem too.
