Well, my muscles hurt but, I can't find the 50/50 salt potassium blend here nor potassium pills. Anyone have any ideas? I've been craving salt too so, I've been abliging. Do you not have a Walmart or Kroger where you live? Every grocery I've ever been to has the Morton Lite Salt.....Look in the spice section. Good luck! I believe it was Berlin but, I'm not certain. Where can I find LC items in Germany? Oh, BJ I'm sorry I missed this part. Magnesium will <ahem> releive that old stopped up feeling you can get on this WOE, so you will definitly know if you are taking too much LOL! You will be spending more time than you would like in the bathroom. I usually take whatever the label says, and back off if it is too much. The gelcap kind must be absorbed better, because I can only take 1/3 or so of the label instruction. Also, I take it at bedtime because it promotes relaxation. How many mg. of potassium do I need a day? I don't want to OD on them.
