Hi,

I'm , 35, a stay at home mom who hasn't been able to shed those 20 pounds of baby weight I gained over two years ago! After three times trying Atkins here I am still 20 pounds heavier. Last summer at a doctor's visit I told my doctor that I wanted to try to conceive another baby and was advised to loose this weight. Her recommendation was to try The South Beach Diet. I ignored her advice all because I picked up the book and read that the Breakfast menu listed Tomato juice. I was sick just reading it. Silly huh? My dad has just successfully lost almost 30 pounds after his Doctor telling him that he HAD to and that the Beach was the best way to go. Knowing my father's eating habits..if he can do this then so can I. So here I am..
