Food switching, if chicken makes you feel bad, try turkey. If peanuts make you feel bad try walnuts. If milk makes you feel bad try replacing it with Yogurt. If soy products make you feel bad try eating products of black, brown or pinto beans. Switching, switch to foods that have the same or similar qualities and give these secondary allergens a rest, it takes about 8 mos.
