Sounds like someone is either in denial or isn't very observant at

all! Most of us end up with 'hour glass' figures - and the sand

definitely goes DOWN as time passes ;-)

You were right to not be offended - that would have been so silly

especially when you take into consideration the source of these

comments (sounds like a couple of bubble heads to me).

Speaking of people's bizarre thinking, I

was flipping through the channels this weekend

and ran across Angie Dickinson - stayed on

the channel just long enough to see her totally

berating a young woman for being " a sausage " -

because she couldn't fit into a size 4. She

was RELENTLESS in her assault on this girl,

going on and on about how bad she looked and

how much she'd let herself go. Geeze. To

the girls' credit, she said " high fasion "

was in New York City - if she watned to be

anorexic she'd go there. I didn't stay on

the program long enough to see the outcome

(the tone was leading to Dickinson firing her

for being " a porker " ), but geeze people - have

we TOTALLY lost grip with reality?!

Yeah, I know the answer to that question....

Um, were these girls around during 9/11? Or the recent mall

shootings? THOSE were tragedies.

Sad. And good for you for not letting it get to you! I kinda feel

bad for them. If their lives are THAT limited.

There are many people whose 'top' is larger than their 'bottom' - they are

called MEN. I for

one am glad I, in no way, resemble one - and so is my husband ;)

LOL! I always complain to my fiance about my wide hips and his

response is always " WHY do you think that is a bad thing? If you

didn't have those hips, you'd have a body like a guy! "
