My friend and I have decided to come up with a chocolate covered salt cube for pms reasons specifically. We decided that those were the two things we craved the most. We have found that chocolate covered pretzels (white choc) work well too. lol

In our family, we get unexplained rashes and swellings and itchy skin,

especially the chin, neck and ears, and dry skin...all if we have

failed to be completely gf.

The thing is, we can have an " oops " , then suffer for months

afterwards. It seems to take a long time to clear up after we have

accidentally eaten something that causes a reaction.

Thank God, I still can eat chocolate, although the only kind that

appeals to me is the dark (as dark as can be purchased) chocolate with

a slightly bitter taste.

I am so glad that I am not like the mom who is allergic to chocolate.

It is one of life's richest pleasures, in my estimation!
