That is true, and I am so glad my body is

doing its job ! It has almost been 3 weeks

now. Gonna have fried eggs for brains...LOL

I still wonder if this is die off from all the

electrical voltage I received......could also

still just be a lupus flare......I dont know.

I am just glad its working........ Last night

my heart woke me and my bp was 154/99

kinda scarey, it went down quickly, these

spikes concern me....I am also having spikes

in my pulse too, at least the spikes just last

a couple minutes at best. Otherwise, it is low

as usual. had 75/50 the other night.....so....

Thank you for this sweet note. It is heartbreaking when your daughter turns on you. We really have no idea what is going on, but she has never been so mean before. I am sorry that you were caught in the middle of some unresolved problems with your stepdaughter. You sound like a wonderful caring/loving person, and she will realize that one day as well. My ex could be involved here as well, because he abandoned all of our children. Now, he has another wife, his third, and she is making him contact our children. He is big-time trouble and she is a controller.

Honey, we will just continue to give each other support, and one day we could see a Miracle.

Hi Dede,

Life has been busy with the new job, and I'm also taking two classes

at the college this year. Only 8 more classes and I'll have my

degree. I'm also studying for an exam for a certification that's

required for my new job. I'm planning a surprise party for my

husband's birthday, and it's in less than two weeks, so that's also

keeping me hopping. I have really missed everyone here, and I want

to be a better cyber pal than I've been lately.

I haven't felt that great this summer, but it could be worse so I

keep plugging along. Exercising is really good for my peace of

mind, so I continue to either walk or visit the gym at least 3 times

a week.

Dede, Just be sure to keep drinking plenty water . . . Fever can cause dehydration . . . and when one is dehydrated, blood pressure can drop! You know we worry about you! . . . It will be wonderful to celebrate when your implants are finally out! Love, Rogene

I keep water with me at all times. I have to

admit, when I am having chills badly and

am hiding under the covers, I dont come out

to drink, and that is not good.

Seems like today is gonna be a good day.
