Well, before you do anything too drastic. Why don't you post *everything*

you put in your mouth for at least three days and let everyone take a look.

A lot of us here have food allergies or stall issues or just a lot of

experience and can sometimes make suggestions to someone who is struggling.

Additionally, you should post your stats, height, current weight, what

weight you've lost in what period of time and what you're wanting to lose.

Thanks . Good idea. I'll post my stats and dietary regime

separtely, as soon as my motivation is up a little-- I'm feeling kind of

sick this weekend and have only had water today, just because my appetite is

gone. (That's unusual, btw-- I usually eat 3 meals a day, no problem.)
