Hello everyone, I am back on daily digests. First, I have some good

news, then I will give the bad news.

I have a clean bill of health. I lost my last ovary a couple of

weeks ago but all is well. In remission right now. Finally after 2

yrs huh?

The bad news. (for those who dont know, that is my husband of

16 yrs, high school sweethearts), started having chest pains last

Friday. I took him into the ER on Saturday and they said they didnt

think it was his heart but suggested a stress test and to see the

doctor about his acid reflux (orginially thought his esphogas (sp?)

was spasming). So on Monday I made an appt with the both of the

doctors. On Wed, we saw Dr. Wolf (cardiologist) he ran an EKG, and

said it all looked normal. He didnt think it was his heart, but

wanted to run the stress test to be 100% sure. Saw the GI/General

Surgeon doc on Thursday, and he thought maybe the chest pain was

from his gall bladder. He had the stress test on Thursday and

well.....it came back abnormal. He has two sections of his heart

that arent functioning. So he has to have a heart cath on Tuesday.

Would appreciate any extra prayers our way. They tested his gall

bladder (ultrasound and hida scan) and it was normal. I'm really

worried he will need open heart surgery. He is only 32. Luckily I

work in the surgery dept so all is well on that note.

Well, I think that is it for now....Glad to be back everyone.

Steph
