Last night my yoga class was all about being mindful in your practice. At the start she was talking how you need to be mindful in your life and listening to your body. She even mentioned your eating...how you should listen to your body and "eat when you are hungry...when you salivate." I thought that was kind of odd. That would definitely not work for me...I am always salivating! My mouth is always wet and I spit pretty much everytime I go to the bathroom (it's not really socially acceptable to spit on the floor!). My sister and I were talking about it on the way home from the class and she said she doesn't think she ever salivates! She got the dry mouth gene and I got the wet mouth gene I guess. Any one else have any thoughts on this.
