2 Questions am I loosin it?

Is forgetting words or not knowing the word of something that is so

simple part of ACM. I could not remember the word for hand rail the

other day. It is not to bad infront of my family but when I forget in

front of strangers I feel stupid.

2nd Question. My hands keep swelling up and the pain is terrible. Is

this part of ACM or am I unlucky and got something else.
