Lynn I needed to hear your story,

Sometimes it is to difficult to visualize

myself looking or feeling normal again.

I became ill immediately, it's been

almost eight years of being so sick.

I will never know if my implants leaked or if

I was highly allergic to the ingredients in the making.

I have no date set for explant of my capsules.

Dr. Kolb's practice does not accept my insurance

I am waiting to hear back from my insurance company.

I stopped in the gym today to pick up my son

I have to admit I came home and broke down.

I do not feel pretty anymore and myself esteem is at a low

We all need that ray of hope from time to time.

Before Implants : 110 lbs

After Implants: 180 lbs

I look pregnant and feel like the New Years Blimp !

Thank you Lynn and Dede for giving me a ray of hope, as I barely

can dress myself and my buttocks is still BIG and partially numb.

Sandy,I have always been pretty tall and real skinny. Prior to implants I was like 2x4 Anyhow, during the end of my sickness I went up 4 pants sizes (4 to 8). I know that still seems small, but size is relative. For me it was a big increase. I went from low 120s to 140. I also had a little beer belly. I tried sit ups, crunches, everything... it would not go away. I am now 2 months post explant and the beer belly is bye bye... no crunches, no sit ups either. I have cut out all sugars from my diet and eat super healthy but I was doing this prior to explant and it didn't touch my belly. So I do think there is hope. I finally have the strength to exercise in the morning and at night. Mostly stretches and such but I am getting stronger physically. Have you set up a date for explant with Dr. Kolb yet?Hugs,Lynn Sweetheart, I .........DO.........believe it will go down .....some, and maybe all ! ! ! ! ! Why do you believe that ?Have you ever heard of other ladies belly's going down after surgery? Is it because our bodies are acting like a splinterThat's why we're so blown up ya think ?I keep thinking this because detoxing and dieting is not helping my stomach go down at allNot only do I look pregnantPeople are always asking me when is my baby due! Dede my belly also reminds me of the starving and sick children in Africa Boy if that is not depressing what is ? I pray when my capsules are removed this belly will go down
