Guest guest Posted December 19, 2007 Report Share Posted December 19, 2007 When I finally started letting myself eat whatever I wanted, I really went crazy with the sweets. I worried & fussed to myself about it, I stopped eating fruit & veggies, and finally, finally " let it go " . I have to admit I did feel yucky alot of the time, but I was determined to eat whatever I wanted. Finally, gradually, I started wanting fruit & veggies again and it does make me feel better physically. But I still eat whatever sweets I want, as well as whatever fruit & veg I want. Kind of a balance. Mind you, this all happened over a period of about 9 months or so, it was very gradual. I have finally become more discriminating about what sweets I eat, but still feel like I eat too much of them. I keep forgetting to make the CHOICE to eat them.
