Hi folks... I'm on Tikosyn which can really deplete the body's magnesium, so

I take magnesium oxide under the supervision of my e.p.... is there some

reason that mag citrate is preferrable to the oxide? Thanks...

Yes, there is good reason - it is more profitable.

I heard that magnesium citrate metabolizes better than regular magnesium, and

that magnesium taurate even better. I've not heard of magnesium oxide ... is

it in pill form? My guess is any magnesium can help.
