question about my HC raise

Val et al:

As per previous discussions, I raised my dose of HC yesterday. I took 20 mgs.

yesterday and will take 20 mgs. again today and continue this way. How long

before symptoms of adrenal insufficiency are stabilized? Also, does anyone here

find that they like Cortef better than HC and if so why? I think Cortef worked

better for me, but I can't figure out why.

You need ot do the temp graphs per www.drrind.com They will tell you what is

going on better than anything with the adrenals. It takes about 1-2 weeks for a

dose to stabilize in the system enough to effect the temps. then your DAILY

averge should level off and be less than .2 degrees difference form day to day.

If it does not level off and stays unstabnle you are not on enough HC. I did not

stabilize until 30MG.
