Guest guest
I have tried a ton because I get bored so easily. My all time favorites are The Firm workouts. A fantastic workout combining aerobics and weight-training. Really mixes things up. If you get FitTV on Direct TV, there are a bunch of good workouts on there too... every morning starting at 6:30AM. The first one is still available under a different name, but the third one is no longer produced. :-( The one thing I don't like about them is that they are LOOOONG. I need to get back to doing those tapes, now that I weigh less. :-D But I need to clean out some space in the basement first. :-P B.
