Hi, I'm new to the group. My name is Sheryl. I am almost finished with

phase one. On Tuesday I start phase two. I do not actually know how much

weight

I lost because my scale isn't working properly, but I am able to get into a

pair of jeans I have not worn for a while. My question is how much fruit am I

allowed to have per day. I missed my fruit during phase one but I stuck to the

plan.
