It is always good to see newbies and have a new set of opinions. Where is Amie? How is the training for the run going? This week I lost 0lbs. However I have noticed my calves are smaller and aparently my stomach is to because that is all anyone can talk about who is around me. So I will stick witht the positive praise and not worry about the stall in lbs. Discouveries this week. Popcicles with splenda(roommate severly allergice to asparatame) so this is a good thing. Jello by hunts with splenda. I finally started putting a sweet treat in my diet. Had SF Fudgecicle with Natural PB... OOOHHH NUMMY! have to tell myself one is enough. I really like the FF Yogurt with a packet of splenda and vanilla. Last night I put a SF Chocalate Bar in it. Made it a sweet treat but it was nummy also. Moved on to phase 2 on Monday. Also found bagels made with SPELT.. was way enthusiastic about this. So breakfast this morning on my way to an INTERVIEW was toasted bagel with natural PB on it.
