QOTD

Well, I do eat more chicken and fish now. But I tried to think what

is a favorite or most often eaten. I can't think of any, I just seem

to be getting a great variety these days. It seems to be what ever

the taste buds want from day to day.

However I do crave cream of wheat a lot and so I have been having it

more often lately, and not necessarily just for breakfast. I love it

with listen to this, with nothing but a TBS of peanut butter.

I love cream of wheat, I think it's 3pts. for a serving.....I crave it too!

But I can't eat it at breakfast because of the meds I take in the morning I

can't have Iron for atleast 6 hours after taking pills. And that cereal has

a lot of iron in it.

I love cream of wheat, I think it's 3pts. for a serving.....I crave it too!

You are absolutely RIGHT Kallie. THe ONLY time a person should use

their book is when the nutrition info is not available on the

package. The differences in different brands of things are just too,

too large sometimes.

Our leader says the book should only be treated as a GUIDE, not the

final authority, only to be used when we don't have the actual

numbers to calculate.

Salad! I eat salads with at least one meal a day, sometimes two. We put

lots of different kinds of vegetables on them. I like them with either

Walden Farms 0 calorie dressing or fat free Italian for a 0 point side

dish that gets me a veggie serving to boot.
