Speech problem

Doctor says the patient is lethargic with s/l hypofemic speech. I've

checked hypophemic, hypothemic, etc. and can't find anything.

Also, this same patient's MRI shows an enlarged third ventricle. Is that

written 3rd, third, or III?

Thank you Margaret. It certainly wouldn't be the first time he has mangled

some word's syllables. I found the third and fourth ventricles after I

emailed, but figured it was too late to retrieve that part of the email!

whispering). According to Stedman's Radiology book it would be third ventricle.
