Guest guest
Thanks deb. I have mostly been snacking on yogert (which I find only makes my suger go up more in the morning not if I eat it at night), cracker snack sandwiches (peanut butter and cheese flavor, a piece of cut up fruit, liptons chicken noodle cup of soup, (always a low reading after the soup), snack baggies with fresh vegies like carrots and cucumbers, oatmeal (like a 1/2 cup). I havent tried the suger free pudding. I will put it on my grocery list. The jellos good. I just got splenda for the first time. I havent tried it yet. fran Subject: Re: hello~morning glucose/Fran > Hi Fran, > Its possible its a liver dump.. it usually happens during the night while sleeping. > I find it helpful to eat a snack around 9 pm. Guest guest
The liver dump. Why does this happen? Is it a Type 1 or 2 or both thing? Guest guest
I have type II. From what I understand the liver dumps sugar into the bloodstream. If I understood it correct. Im not sure why. I only know its fustrating when your trying hard to keep your glucose levels even. fran > The liver dump. > Why does this happen? > Is it a Type 1 or 2 or both thing? > Jany
