I don't know about the 'sexy' looking part for me, I feel I more look

like the typical 'matronly' body myself. BUT I do get a big hoot out

of having someone feel my (arm) muscle (biceps) when I flex them. The

look of WTF? definitely hits their face. Every massage person who has

worked on me always says, with a tone of some surprise ;-), " You

really are SOLID (underneath). " I like to remind myself that also

means 'solid health' too.

PS - re a 'new group' - how about Healthy At Any Weight for one?!? -
