Wow, the last week has been a mess for me. All that candy and nuts and all around. And I am not even a big sweets person anyway, but boy is that peanut brittle great! I let myself eat it last night until I didn't want anymore and I think that I may be over it now.

Last night I was going through last month's magazines that I have and was aware of how the LOSE WEIGHT mentality is going to be rally everywhere for awhile....and I have the Today show on right now, and that's what they are talking about. I just don't want to go there, as tempting as it may sound!

Anybody making New Years resolutions? Mine is to continue to work on eating healthy!
