Guest guest
You're not alone with overheating. The humidity here in the UK has been a hell for me this 'Summer'. I'm an Australian so the temperature here in the UK is never an issue, but as I'm South Australian and used to dry heat, this UK humidity is my enemy. I have similar experiences to you and spend a great deal of my time wearing less than everyone else and loving cold showers! lolThere are cooling vests which some find very helpful - Artic Cooling Vests are a company which make them and could be a big help for you.Keeping your weight down will also help lessen the overheating struggle. I know that it's something I keep an eye on for myself as when I had more weight on me than was my norm, I tended to overheat more easily. I know that it was suggested to me that Spirullina and Malic Acid might take away my heat/humidity intolerance.I'm also going to be investigating further measures which will help me lessen the inflammation in my body. Sorry that I can't give you a sure-fire quick-fix for this but hey, just know that you are by no means alone in this one. 'What we do in life, echoes through eternity.' I am 27, living in central europe, autumn has just begun, I am middle-weight, and I get so easily overheated these days... I dont quite know how to desribe it, this inner hottness, red cheeks, and I seem to be able to do nothing about it. When I am at home, in the house which is rather cold, or in the forest around, all is ok. But when I go to the city, by public transport, or am at work with no fresh air/no oxygen, I get simply overheated no matter how lightly dressed I am. THank you so much for your replies and advice. Guest guest
Hi , thank you so much for the reply. It does help to know one is not alone in this. I presently take chlorella, but will look to spirulina and malic acid too - though I'm allergic to apples, so I'm not all the way sure about it... Another thought occured to me, as I had slightly higher ALT liver results than there should be, maybe some liver issue or malfunction might cause me to feel more heat too? I suppose there must be some inflammation in my body. I have one lesion in my cervical spine and two in my chest spine. As for the brain MRI results, I will get them next monday, so I will see. I dont want to go as far as a cooling was, but losing a bit of weight might help for sure. may you be in the best of health and have a beautiful autumn in the UK. All the best, > > > You're not alone with overheating. The humidity here in the UK has been a hell for me this 'Summer'.
