Guest guest
Hey all, I hope everyone is doing alright All this talk about trampolines, jogging and things that we shouldn't do, I decided to email my doctor about what I should and shouldn't do. Granted this will be different for everyone, even NSG's disagree to the extent of activities. Ok my NSG said that normally at 3 months a person should be able to get back to normal activities. But since I am still having problems I should stick, to activities that have a low risk of bumping my head. And in general no collision sports. Well I asked about jogging and he said that is fine as long as I'm comfortable doing it. As for the trampoline thats a no no unless you are the only one on the trampoline and you aren't flipping around(just like other members had stated) I also ?ed rollerblading, not that i'm doing it right now but just wondering, he said to stay away from that unless I'm really good. Well I am but I am still dizzy so that is a NO NO also. Well take care all in MA
