Guest guest
Hello everyone, We have many members who are not deleting or trimming the emails they are replying to when they answer. Our forum here has individual emails and daily digests and when the emails get left and someone replies and then the next, they get too long and clog the receivers inbox. So PLEASE remember when you read and want to reply to an email message to either delegate the mail you are replying to, or cut it down to a pertinent line or two. I know many are new members and are not used to this practice but if this is not done, members will be put on moderation. Thank you all for your cooperation,
Guest guest
Is this one of the rules of this group? Sometimes when people cut off the old messages, it is hard to tell what they are talking about in their reply. I only get the digests, so without the old messages, some of it won't make sense. > > > > Hello everyone, > > We have many members who are not deleting or trimming the emails they are replying to when they answer. > > Our forum here has individual emails and daily digests and when the > emails get left and someone replies and then the next, they get too > long and clog the receivers inbox.
