Dosing Schedule

I recently received my results from Diagnos-Techs and it showed Stage

5 adrenal insufficiency (14,3,1,3).

I started taking the Cortef and have worked up to 20mg/day and was

wondering if a dosing schedule of 7.5, 5, 5, 2.5 would be a good place

to start. What symptoms would I look for if this isn't a good dosing

schedule for me and how do you adjust? (i.e. do you tweak the last

dose, or first dose, etc.)
