Guest guest
Chili lime chicken wings are great! I do bake them much longer than they say, to crisp them up. I also sprinkle on ground red pepper and garlic powder before putting them in the oven (both sides). I turn them halfway through baking. Guest guest
Laverne How did your muffins turn out?
Guest guest
Hi , actually they turned out kinda good. On the can it said 2 maffins were 5 grms. of carb. and the recept said it made 6 muffins but since I added stuff to them I made 8 muffins so they are probably still 5 grams. I think next time I will add some more spices to them. Laverne
Guest guest
Robin, could you post the recept for the lime chicken wings? Thanks Laverne
Guest guest
Laverne - I just buy the chili-lime chicken wings at Gordon Food Service. They are made by Tyson, though - so perhaps they are sold elsewhere? At www.gfs.com you can see if there are any stores in your area. I just spice them up with ground red pepper or cayenne pepper and garlic powder and bake them twice as long as it says - to crisp them up. I do turn once during baking. Guest guest
Hi Robin, I checked the web site and there are no locations in minnesota. Would you look on the bag and give me the ingredients so I can try making them? Thanks Laverne
Guest guest
Laverne - I think if you marinate some wings in lime juice/garlic powder/onion powder/paprika/chili powder/cayenne and any other spices you love, you will get about the same effect. I can't read the bag because I have them in individual zip locks - I do it when I bring them home.
